#43 – Monday 26th March 2012

Today it was only me in as the other girls were absent so I decided to try and get everything into order. I finished our digipak off so that now it is ready to be filmed and for pictures to be taken. I also went over our Wix website and added a few things that needed to be put into place so that the only main thing left to fill in is the finished video. I wanted to maje sure that the colour scheme was the same throughout and that it fitted our genre perfectly.

Problems:

Having thought long and hard about the ideas in our video. I thought that the idea of it being just concept was too broad because we want to include things that are a little more performance based. I have decided and will discuss with the other two girls the idea of changing the video to a mixture of concept and narrative with a slight touch on narrative. This is because we do have some randomly placed parts which fit well with the music, we want to include more of the band in action making it more performance and also when explain some of the shots we took I found that I was trying to tell parts of a story almost to fit in.

Changes:

-Include more of the band members in action

-Have a form of narrative in the sense that’s its all based around clubbing and nights out
